Council Grant for Heating - Hammersmith & Fulham only - 100% grant.

Criteria needed: must be homeowner or privately renting, over
75 and in receipt of a benefit. Covers central heating (or
storage heaters), if no proper system. Replacement boiler, if
not working or over 15 years old.
Heating controls room thermostat, cylinder stat, TRVs and
programmer/timer.

Staying Put Grant – Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea

Criteria needed: must be homeowner or privately renting, over
60 years old and in receipt of a benefit. Cover is to improve
energy efficiency and essential repairs.

Warmth & Security Grant – Hackney only – 100% grant. 0208 356 4555.
Criteria needed: must be homeowner, aged 18 and above, in receipt
of a means tested benefit. Must have lived in the property for
at least 3 years.
Covers loft insulation, draught proofing, TRVs, basic home security
measures, central heating, fitting of double glazed windows.

Affordable Warmth for Private Landlords – Kensington & Chelsea
only – 100% grant.
Criteria needed: must be over 60, disabled or infirm and living
in fuel poverty or in receipt of an income related benefit.
Covers new or improved central heating system, thermal insulation
and small scale improvement works.
